Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2025 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1207 but may be in the region of 30% more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.

I’m sorry you feel we haven’t lived up to your expectations, please do come and speak to me directly so we’re able to talk about your concerns. Regarding your comments, we respect our residents’ wishes and at times they prefer not to have a shave. Sometimes things can get misplaced but my team are always there to help find them. I’m confident our home doesn’t smell as my staff work hard to ensure any isolated episodes are dealt with swiftly – in fact, we’re often complimented about how pleasant it smells.
Keeping care plans updated is a vital part of our role to ensure we are able to deliver the very best care and support to all of our residents – please be assured this time is balanced with spending quality time with our residents – we are genuinely dedicated to ensuring everyone is happy and contented here.

I am sorry to hear that you felt our home was unsuitable for respite stay for residents with Alzheimer’s because of the need to spend time to get to know them well. Whether someone is staying with us for respite care or permanently we always complete a thorough and detailed assessment and individual care plan and take the time to get to know them so we are able to deliver the most appropriate care with kindness. My Background has always been working in the care industry from the age of 16 when I started as a domestic assistant.
