Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2025 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1732 but may be in the region of 30% more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.

Thank you for your review. As you mentioned we have lots of activities going on which are tailored to what our residents enjoy doing and while we do encourage all of our residents to take part, sometimes it is their choice not to and we have to respect that. With regards to our team we have different coloured uniforms for each role as well as name badges which our residents and their loved ones find very helpful. We also have each residents’ key worker details in their bedroom, with these staff attending regular reviews with them and their loved ones and any communications between relatives and staff are also clearly documented in our residents’ care plans for other staff to see. If you would like to speak to me about it further though I would be very happy to hear from you.
