Excellent care home, and is pleasant to visit. I can't think of a better care home for my mother in Law. The one issue is parking. It is only luck that you find a place to park within the car park when visiting and due to the road outside with it's cycle lane nowhere near to park. I can only think that
the cars parked in the car park are staff. There ought to be a row left for visitors to use.

Mum was brought into the home for restbite care after a stay in hospital.
The staff have been brilliant and are helping with her recovery. Nothing is to much trouble and we are starting to see vast improvement with her.

Home always kept spotless staff very good attentive when possible. Rooms very good facilities. Cleaners always working very hard to keep up standards. Maybe suggest swipe card entry system at front door so staff not running about letting people in all the time.

My mum is well looked after at Bradley Hall. The staff are caring and kind, nothing is too much trouble for them. Bradley Hall is a lovely, spacious care home, it has lots of activities for the residents to do. It's like home from home.

December has been a good month with all the different activities and schools visiting which the residents have really enjoyed. The home is decorated well with all the decorations. All visitors have been warmly welcomed to various events.

Mum moving into a home was the last thing my sister and I wanted but eventually we were not able to care for her ourselves. Bradley Hall has turned out to be a wonderful choice. Mum is treated with care and love, the staff are kind and treat her with dignity. As mum's health deteriorates we are kept
fully informed. As we visit at least four times a week we have found the staff friendly and caring.
