Thank you for your review. We are sorry that we have not met your expectations. Giving notice to a resident and their family is never a decision that we take lightly. Unfortunately, it became clear very early on that we would not be able to meet your mother’s needs. We must balance the needs of all the residents within our home to ensure that we have the best interests of each individual at the centre of our care. It is with a heavy heart on the rare occasion that we decide we must give notice, however, we believe it is what is best for the residents concerned to ensure they receive the highest standards of care that they require.
