Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2025 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1580 and for nursing care £1938, but may be in the region of 30% more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.

We are deeply sorry that your mother's experience fell so short of the high standards we strive for, we sincerely regret the isolated incident regarding her birthday and your concerns about staff attentiveness. Since you came to the home in January, we have employed a fabulous new home manager and are completely confident this will not happen again. We know that our senior management team spoke with you following your mother's birthday and that we took immediate action to address these issues at the time. Alerts were added to our electronic care planning system, to prevent such oversights in the future. Please rest assured that our staff are not allowed to use their phones, other than in the staff rooms for personal reasons, they are accessing our electronic care planning system on work devices. While we received many compliments from our residents and their loved ones about the Christmas lunch, we are sorry to hear you weren’t happy and I believe you, the home manager and chef have been discussing this. The scheme which is being implemented through the refurbishment is a change from the historic colours in the home, but once the furnishings and artwork are in place, we are confident that the end result will be very pleasing. The thing I love most about my job has to be our wonderful residents, they come from all backgrounds and cultures and have some fascinating stories to tell.
I originate from Oxford and joined Iffley in June 2012 as the Home Administrator, previous to this, I was a Bakery Manager in the local area.

No two days are the same in the office at Iffley, with it being the main hub of the home, it’s a busy and friendly place to be.

I came to work here just over 5 years ago having never worked in care. It is a role that is very rewarding and I discovered that I really enjoy working with the residents and being in a care home environment.
