Mum was admitted initially for respite and then nursing care. The manager was incredibly flexible and helpful since conditions, dates and needs were continuously changing. The staff who cared for Mum all showed real affection and care for her health and welfare and always greeted us with smiles. The
rooms were really well cleaned, and the staff were all happy and enthusiastic as well as caring.
I can’t speak too highly of all that they did for my mum.

My father-in-law has been at Silvermere Care Home for nearly four months and is very happy to be there. He is looked after very well and is always involved in the many activities. Every time I have visited staff are all so friendly and caring. I have met the management team, who are always around and
have such a great rapport with the residents.

Silvermere has been looking after my sister since December 2021, and I have been extremely happy with the care and attention that she has received from the management and staff. However, she is being relocated to another home because it is more convenient for visiting.

Silvermere has been the home to my sister for two years. She moved into the home during the pandemic and has loved it. My sister enjoys all the activities that are provided there, and the team there are so wonderful.
I am updated daily with all changes with my sister and keep in contact with the management
team. The home is run by a wonderful, dedicated individual, and nothing is a problem for him or his team. I would highly recommend Silvermere, and the views are beautiful.

Staff were great through Covid and during the end of life period. Dedicated, empathetic and good quality care. Silvermere has a lovely garden area and they use it well. Great activities and long term care staff. You pay 5-star fees, but you get the care to go with that.

My mother needed to get some respite care urgently last weekend, despite me calling on a Saturday morning at 8 am, all of the staff I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful, and by 2 pm, my mother was comfortable in her new room, safe and sound. I have recently visited my grandmother, who has been at Silvermere for some time. The reception I recieved was faultless, and even though we all still have to be aware of Covid regulations, this was carried out smoothly and effectively. The care staff were amazing and treated my grandmother with such
dignity and respect. I did have the pleasure of meeting the manager, who answered all my questions in a knowledgeable and professional way, and gave me such reassurance that my grandmother is extremely happy and well cared for. Thank you to all for your continued care and support.

My father has been at Silvermere since August 2020. He has settled in very well and has made many friends since moving in. He loves the carers and all the staff there. He always speaks so highly of the support he receives. I know it's not always easy, but they do a fantastic job.

My father never thought he would move to a care home however as his health deteriorated he had to move to a care home. We chose Silvermere Care Home as from the very first visit to Silvermere he absolutely loved it. He has so much fun living there and is always so happy when I visit him. My father always

The home is beautiful, more akin to a hotel than a care home. The gardens are kept to an excellent standard, and it's great to see residents and families enjoying the garden. Most importantly, my nan is very happy here and always tells me how kind and caring the staff are towards her. The home is run
in a professional, but a warm manner, and we get regular updates from staff. Couldn't recommend higher.

Absolutely best care home. My father is so happy. Recently, he went to a gentleman’s lunch, which he enjoyed so much. Even had lunch on the manager's credit card, which he excitedly told my brothers and sisters.
