We have shared your comments with our team about how kind and friendly they were to you, and our manager has reviewed all comments on the homes' appearance and daily activities. We would like to reassure you all broken ornaments were removed some time ago and no cigarette butts were visible around our memory lane community. At the time of your dad's stay with us, there were several different activities that were available to all of the residents in the home for them to take part if they wished. My name is Nancy Simeon, and I have 26 years of experience working as a nurse. I relocated to the UK in 2003 and completed my nurse adaptation course at a care home in London. Since transitioning as an overseas nurse and receiving my NMC pin number, I have never looked back and have worked exclusively within the care home sector.
I have worked as a registered nurse in both nursing and dementia care homes. Additionally, I have experience working as a deputy manager in a residential care home. Over the past seven years, I have worked in a multi-site care home as the clinical lead and deputy manager. I am passionate about the care we can offer to our elderly population.
