Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level
of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge.
Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible. There are no additional fees
for respite stays.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

We appreciate your initial positive experience with the home, and I am particularly glad to hear that our Sales Manager made a good first impression. However, it’s disheartening to hear that once your parents moved in, the care provided did not meet the standard you were expecting. We take your concerns seriously and are committed to addressing the issues you've highlighted.
We are deeply sorry to hear about your concerns regarding staffing levels, communication, and the impact it had on your mother’s wellbeing. Ensuring that each resident receives timely and compassionate care is always our priority.

I am pleased to read you have had a positive experience with the care provided to your mum. I would also like to thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention regarding the furniture and the staffing levels. I understand that furniture has started to be replaced. Some furniture has already been received, and I can confirm an order was place in December and we are waiting upon delivery. Another order is going in today. In regards to the staffing levels, I can confirm that the staffing levels are above the required amount in the Willow Suite. Please be assured that staffing levels are checked on a daily basis to ensure that the care needs for our residents are met.
