All 60 bedrooms are en-suite wet rooms, enabling the team to deliver person-centred care in a dignified manner, promoting independence as far as possible. Your stylish room comes equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, mini fridge and wifi so when you aren’t joining in with an activity in one of the beautiful day spaces, you can enjoy spending time in your room and keep in contact with friends and family whenever you wish.

The team understand that moving into a care home is a big step, which is why they have introduced 'supported admissions' for new residents. Thankfully we are back to normal regarding visitors so that's a plus. Because I can't see and hear very well, I am limited so I am not able to take part as much as I did but I really enjoy the member of staff singing, especially when he's on our floor. I also enjoyed decorating plant pots with another
member of staff and the quiz with afternoon tea, my daughter helped with the quiz. I've been for a little walk in the garden twice to enjoy the sunflowers and the flower borders.

Mum couldn't be better looked after. All the staff are most helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Mum has been a resident for just over 12 months and has flourished in her stay. She will be 99 in October. All we, as a family, can say is a big thank you!

My relative has been in the home for a while now. Visiting has been very difficult due to Covid restrictions, but thankfully, now opened up. She appears very happy when we see her and seems to enjoy the food. Despite impairments is encouraged to join in activities that are organised by the home. Overall,
happy that there is someone to help her 24/7.

I would recommend Ash Tree House without question. My dad has been there for 14 months now. He's happy and well looked after. If there is a problem with anything, the staff are very helpful and reliable. They are very friendly and you are able to approach them without any worries. I can relax knowing
my dad's being well cared for.

Mum has been in Ash Tree House for 12 months and all the staff there are doing a really excellent job looking after her with what has been going on these last 2 years, it was very difficult at first when we took her in but it was the right decision and we couldn't have asked for any better carers and
administration staff plus managers they have all been fantastic. Would recommend this care home to anyone as it is the cleanest and freshest and inviting looking one I have been in and I have visited quite a few they are just great working people.

Mum celebrated her 104th birthday and Ash Tree House certainly gave her and the family a day to treasure. From the reception staff to kitchen staff to activity and carers, everyone worked together to ensure she had the truly special day she richly deserved. We cannot thank you enough not just for that
special day but also for the dedicated care given to Mum every day.

Mum has been a resident at Ash Tree House in Hindley for over 4 years. She went into the home as a frail old lady and has flourished and thrived thanks to the dedication of all the staff, who are simply wonderful. It really is a home from home. The care and support given to residents is outstanding

This is an excellent care home with a wide range of amenities and activities. The residents' rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and all are en-suite. There are a number of lounges on each floor and a dining room which are all furnished to a high standard. The food is excellent with choices to
suit all tastes. There are several actives each week with something for most residents to participate in. A well-cared-for spacious garden and a separate cinema room are also there for residents to enjoy. The staff are very caring and seem to be able to adapt to every resident's personality. We would highly recommend this home.

My dad has been a resident at Ash Tree for over two years now and we are so thankful that this has been his home during these difficult times. The team are all absolutely outstanding. They are always caring, considerate and respectful and go out of their way to make dad feel safe, happy, and included.
As soon as you step in the door you are made to feel welcome. The home is clean, bright, and friendly. I live in Australia and they have gone out of their way to organise regular video calls with dad and keep us in touch. However difficult recent times have been, I have always felt reassured that dad is in the very best of hands.

All the family of mum have always been very happy with the care mum has received from all members of staff at Ash Tree. All through these difficult times with covid I have been able to keep in close contact with mum and have been kept updated on how mum is keeping. She is being well looked after by
all and certainly enjoys all the meals provided.

Mum continues to be very well looked after at Ash Tree House. Even under the current covid restrictions and tribulations, the standards and residents' care have not dropped. All the staff from admin, reception, and carers on the floor are totally dedicated to the job. The home is spotless, the residents
are happy. Mum remarked to me how lucky she was that we found this place. Any concerns I have had have immediately been solved with little or no fuss.

Ash Tree House is a modern building with all the facilities you would expect. In the world of care homes, staff are the Achilles heel, and probably the number one headache for the management team, that said here they are largely first class. From my first chat with the warm and caring front desk manager
followed by her zoom walk around Ash Tree House, I have been impressed with their ethos. She described her vision of Ash Tree House as a hotel quality establishment in which they try to create the feeling of home for the residents. In care there are many ways to fall short of your aims, nobody gets it right all the time and with (in this case) up to 58 different opinions to cater for there will be issues. However, working from the basis of ‘doing your utmost’ to cater for all these variables Ash Tree House succeeds in achieving a very high score in this regard.

We understand this has been a very difficult time for care homes, residents, relatives and visitors. Ash Tree House have tried their best to help us see Mum as the restrictions change. Testing has been carried out efficiently, giving us the confidence to start visiting in Mums room. She really enjoys
this and appreciates all the extra work this makes. I do feel during the long period when we couldn't visit, extra staff should have provided more in house activities. The garden has been our saving grace during this hard time. Through the hard work of the gardener/handyman/decorator/singer, Ash Tree House has allowed us to connect with our loved ones, work in the garden and provide a beautiful outlook and peaceful place to relax as well as plenty of flowers and vegetables. This work needs to continue and increase and more money made available.

Extremely impressed with the care provided during mum's respite stay. The staff went to a great deal of trouble to ensure that mum's needs were catered for, including a home visit before her stay. Good communication throughout.
