The facility itself is impressive. The residents' rooms are spacious, the furniture comfortable, and everything is bright and clean. What makes this home special are the people who work there. They are amazing. They are respectful and kind and clearly care for the residents. They are professional and
adept at defusing anger when residents are sundowning. They are comforting when residents get teary. I felt my mother-in-law was in safe and loving care.
They were very kind to me and my husband whenever we visited. I felt welcome, and nothing was ever a bother for them. They are a credit to the industry.

The staff is friendly and professional, good food, a good choice of activities, and is clean, because of the excellent care of the staff of the home my relative is still alive today which I do not believe he would be if he was at his own home even with a care package.
The staff always let me know what
is happening with my relative. I can sleep at night knowing he is in safe hands.

My Mom has been at Ringdufferin for nearly eight years and it was the right choice in 2017 and still is today. The staff are fantastic and I've never had cause to complain about any aspect of my mom's care there. I couldn't be any happier with home and everyone associated with it.

As a family, we have found Ringdufferin to be a very warm and caring environment for our family members. The carers and nursing team go above and beyond to ensure that they are safe and comfortable. Any concerns about the health of our loved ones are dealt with promptly and efficiently. But, it's the
friendliness and warmth with which we are welcomed during visiting which makes Ringdufferin stand out. As a family, we truly appreciate that. We can leave our loved ones after each visit and know that they are being well cared for. There is a real sense of teamwork, everyone from the laundry and cleaning staff to the lovely food cooked by the kitchen staff and the amazing staff member who does all the maintenance has got to know our loved one and always has a kind word or word of encouragement for us and for her. The activities organised by the lovely activity organiser are stimulating and fun. Thank you also to the office team for ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The staff our always friendly and welcoming. They also have a great relationship with my aunt. Any issues highlighted are dealt with efficiently.
The home is warm and inviting especially at Christmas. The food is of a high standard, freshly cooked, and accommodating to individual requirements.

Everyone in the home did a tremendous job looking after the residents during and in the aftermath of storm Éowyn. Despite being under pressure the staff ensured all the resident were well looked after, kept warm and received their hot meals. Even when the generator gave up temporarily on Saturday. Staff
made heroic efforts to get to work and cover for those who couldn't. A brilliant team effort.

Ringdufferin is a brilliant care home. The staff are lovely, it has good facilities and there is always a warm and pleasant atmosphere. There are also lots of different activities for the residents to take part in. My Mum is very happy there.

The home and its surroundings are always clean and inviting. The staff are some of the most caring people I have ever met, they bring warmth to the building that makes the place feel like home.
My mum is so very happy in this place, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that she is so well cared for.

My mother spent the last 2 years of her life in this home (she was 100 years old). The compassion and care shown by all staff nursing, care workers, activity coordinators maintenance staff were of a high standard. My mother was treated with dignity and respect and they all made an effort to treat her
as a genuine individual which ensured the quality of life remained high until her last weeks. The skills of the nursing staff were excellent.

As my relative is ill at the minute, I am kept up to date on the entire care plan. All the staff are professional and attentive towards my uncle and myself. They go out of their way to make us feel relaxed and comfortable. The job they do is amazing.

Excellent place - all staff are always on hand, and nothing seems too much for them to help with

The staff are very friendly and caring and make the residents feel very special.
The place is immaculate, I have never seen such cleaning, washing and maintenance. If something breaks, it is replaced right away.
The place is so bright and airy, it makes it a pleasure to visit.

I have had two aunts in the care of Ringdufferin Nursing Home and have been greatly impressed by the kindness, care and attention that both have received there. I have found the staff and management to be very friendly, helpful and committed to providing the best care for residents. Rooms and facilities
are all of a high standard of hygiene and residents' personal care is a priority. The home itself is situated in an idyllic setting with breathtaking views over Strangford Lough and the surrounding countryside. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ringdufferin Nursing Home to anyone looking for exceptional care for an elderly loved one.

The staff are caring and professional from the domestics to the management team. A wide variety of activities are provided to keep the residents stimulated and entertained. Any changes in my father's condition are communicated straight away by the nursing staff and the emails from management keep me
up to date. Lovely caring environment.
