My wife was a resident for four years and during this time was treated with care and dignity. She has been cared for by the same doctor and nurse during this time and the continuity of care is very important. Residents have a very good activities programme and during my visits, I have seen that all
residents have been treated gently and with respect.

Mum was only at Norbury Court for two weeks. In that time the staff really took the time to get to know her and treated her as an individual person. Everyone treated her with kindness and respect. She was really settled.

Early days to have any strong views but clients are treated with dignity, allowed their personal space and the place is treated like a home.
The cake is very nice and homemade. There are always carers present but they are not too dominant. I have not observed the activities yet and have only seen the
home in the afternoons rather than experienced evening or bedtimes. There could be better communication re- medication but I saw the care plan today.
I think that the GP attached to the care home is very good, and ultimately it has worked out well with Mum's medication. The care home informs me if there is a problem and seem happy for me to phone and ask about her regularly. They seem to have coped well with Mum, although because of the advanced stage of her dementia she is not an easy person to engage.

Nice well run care home, always been kept well-informed about mums medication changes and up to date care needs as needed. All the staff are very easy to get on with and that means in every department. I am pleased to say I don't think mum could get looked after anywhere else better. Thanks to everyone

Mum has been a resident in Norbury Court for 11 months now. She is on the ground floor. The care she receives is excellent the carers are very good in particular the senior carer she is very hard working and genuinely had a bond with residents, she organises activities on the ground floor, despite updating
her paperwork and drug rounds and the list goes on!! I would recommend Norbury Court.

I have been going to this nursing home for about 4 years and 9 months. My mum is in the care home and Mum has been getting the best care she can get. The staff are very caring, from the laundry staff to the cleaners and the carers.
