From the first day I knew it was the place for my mum. Clean, friendly staff, lovely environment!
My mum would not get the opportunity to do the activities she is experiencing if she was not in Cramlington House.
It is home from home and we can visit anytime.
Can't say enough of how great Cramlington
House is.

A beautiful home with staff who are prepared to go above and beyond. Cannot thank them enough for the kindness and respect they have shown to our relative, at an extremely stressful time for the family.

Appalling communication between the staff and management. Major issues with their systems as we seemed to have to keep telling different people the same things as it wasn't getting passed on. A meeting with a manager in July where concerns were raised and promises made did not result in any changes
despite their agreement verbally with my concerns.
A formal complaint has been made and the resident moved to a different place.

If you are looking for outstanding care and commitment then this is the home. Staff are fabulous, kind, caring, supportive. The home beautiful and spacious and clean. The most important thing is there is no odour which is a sign of exceptional care, considering a lot of the residents need support in
this area. The manager is extremely approachable, caring, and has passion for the residents in her care to receive the highest standards possible. This is also filtered down to all of the staff who share the same principles. Activities are excellent, well thought out and applies to all needs. This is by far the best dementia care home I have come across and believe me I have been in a few.
