Thank you very much for taking the time to review the care your sister received at Cherry Tree House. There has been a number of really positive changes recently at Cherry Tree House, and we are pleased to see some of those changes reflected in what you said in your review.
Our new home manager is a registered nurse and has a wealth of expertise. She is fully supported by some new additions to the group's senior management team, three of whom are former CQC inspectors/advisors and led by a former CQC inspector of eight years.
We have also just undergone a major refurbishment exercise which has seen a £1m investment go into the facilities at Cherry Tree House and are currently in the process of implementing a ‘whole home’ approach to conducting meaningful activities with our residents.
