My service user absolutely loves going to Melba Lodge. She loves the friendliness and all the attention the staff give to her. She even goes for the day sometimes and loves going to meet the manager. She comes back so happy and plans when she is going to go again.

The house is kept very clean, the staff and management are very friendly you always get made welcome. The food is always good and I always get offered a cup of tea. Everyone seem happy. The leg of Lamb was very tasty made pasta and rice and salad and other food. There is always plenty to eat. The food
is always presented nice.

Since I have stayed at Melba Lodge I found it very relaxing and cosy. I have also found that the staff are very helpful and all the rooms are very neat. Since I have stayed here I have learnt how to do my washing and how to change my bed. The food is awesome especially the meat balls. I still have
lots to learn that is why I'm staying in Melba Lodge.
