Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level
of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge.
Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

Please note, the weekly fee does not include hairdressing, chiropody or other healthcare visits or

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Brook Court care home, your views are important to us and we are grateful for your constructive feedback. We are pleased to confirm that we have been through an optimistic period of recruitment in both our care and housekeeping teams and are now at a very positive level in both departments. There has not been a high level of staff turnover on your father’s suite but we hope that you will see an improvement with the additional staff that have joined the team. If however, you still have any on-going concerns we encourage you to talk to the suite manager or home manager. We also have regular ‘Resident and Relative’ meetings where the leadership team are available to discuss any matters of concern.

Job Title: Home Manager
I started my career as a Peripatetic Home Manager, working across the UK, making sure care homes met the regulator's standards.
I joined Care UK in 2016 because I felt it would be a supportive and rewarding company to be a part of and I was correct.
I’ve seen the high standard of care for residents and great teams. Everyone is very committed to ensuring that every resident is happy and cared for. There’s always a lot to do in my role, but by far my favourite part of the day is when I walk around the home, checking everything is okay, and chatting with residents, relatives and my team.
I enjoy getting to know the residents and welcoming new people into the home.
