Many thanks for your valued feedback, I will speak to chef about different vegetarian options however there are already lots of choices available, in regards to the WIFI this has recently been checked and is up to the maximum it can reach, I will be bringing up your comment about the carers and the way they come across in a staff meeting. Thank you for your review, I am glad you feel your mum is well cared for and our home is kept clean and tidy. Being a residential home we do not have medically trained staff onsite, however all staff receive basic life support and first aid training, in addition to this our senior care team receives more advanced training. We always have the support of the community district nursing team and our local GP practice should they be needed. I would always advise approaching the Senior team for any information needed or you are welcome into the office to speak with the manager or deputy manager anytime.

I am completely dismayed that you have submitted this review and its contents. I am sorry that you feel that you and your mother received such a negative experience. I am also very upset that at no point did you make me aware of any of these concerns at the time as I would have dealt with these immediately. After doing some investigation I feel that some of the content of your concerns is not completely correct. I would be more than willing to meet with you face to face to discuss this with you so that we can both have a better understanding and implement any learning outcomes moving forward.
