Rachel is a Registered Nurse and is Clinical Deputy Manager. Rachel is responsible for managing the clinical team within the nursing unit and ensuring the residents’ individual needs are met whilst delivering the highest standard of clinical care.

Lynn is a great addition to our team at Rubislaw Park. Lynn is a qualified Dementia Friend and regularly works in both our Dee Don Nursing Unit, and Cults & Cove Dementia Unit.

Our Receptionist Kara is always happy to help, and is the first point of contact to visitors entering the home.
Job Title: Activities Manager
Rosie has over 8 years’ experience in activities coordinator roles and loves interacting with residents to finding out how they enjoy spending their time and what they like to do. She always has some entertainment planned to keep the residents happy!

John is Head of our Maintenance team and is responsible for maintaining the beautiful presentation and smooth operation of the home.

Fiona leads in all operational elements of the home and is the lead clinician in our residential unit.

Ross comes with a wealth of experience in hospitality and fine dining.
He focuses on providing homemade traditional meals whilst ensuring all of our resident's individual preferences are catered for.
