Amberley Care Home is situated in the beautiful, historic of Sale, Manchester. Offering 72 en-suite bedrooms it is a private, luxury care home facility with premier accommodation many with views of the landscaped gardens, a cafe bar, library, fine dining, hair salon, cinema and much more to enjoy.

The home provides the highest possible standards of person-centred care to its residents, including Nursing, Dementia, Residential and Respite care. The team takes great pride in supporting each resident to enable them to live fulfilled lives. Residents are encouraged to keep active through the varied activities programme, which includes arts and crafts, gardening, entertainers visiting the home, pet therapy and trips out in the local community.

Dining times are a great sense of occasion with a variety of dining rooms available. The on-site chefs ensure nutritious and homemade meals are provided taking into account dietary requirements and personal preferences. The cafe bar is a great meeting point to enjoy a coffee and a slice of homemade cake.

Dad came in for three weeks of respite care. This is our first experience of care. His room was lovely. The food has been excellent. He had his birthday during his stay and was made a lovely cake.
The staff are fabulous, kind and caring - cannot fault them at all. The activities have been wonderful;
Dad has thoroughly enjoyed every one of them.

My husband was a resident from September to December 18th 2022, with dementia. Can't speak highly enough of the wonderful care he received! Also, the dignified way he was treated upon his passing. Thank you for caring for him. God bless you all!

Our mum has been at Amberley for almost 12 months. She recently had a two-week hospital stay where she deteriorated and since coming back to Amberley, the whole team have worked hard to make Mum comfortable and to accommodate her extra requirements. My brother and I are very grateful and appreciative
of the care Mum receives. Mum is improving in their care. The staff are great and very caring. Well done and thank you Amberley!

Amazing staff, very friendly. Very caring. Beautiful home. I love visiting the home as I always feel welcomed. The care the staff give is fantastic and there have been so many improvements over the last few months.

Things went downhill a bit when the other Manager took over, I have noticed an improvement since the new Manager has started to get organised, a few minor niggles like not having nails cut and blocked ears but overall I would recommend staying there. The facilities are very good and the singers and
piano players great.

They are very helpful if I need to know anything about my friend, also if I need to speak to a nurse they always return my call. I have to say it's like a five-star hotel.

My dad moved to Amberley under the discharge to assess process in September 2021, after having a major stroke. After being apprehensive about him going to a nursing home, we soon realised we had made the best decision possible for him and knew it was right for him to stay on at Amberley. The love and
care shown by the staff is outstanding. We really felt like we were part of a big family. Special thanks to all the staff. My dad sadly passed away last month, but my family and I will be forever grateful for the devoted care he received at Amberley.

All the staff are helpful and friendly, the carers especially the young girls (but everyone is excellent) have such patience with my mother managing her to get up, encouraging her to go into the dining room.

The level of care has been very good. The girls and boys/staff couldn't do enough for her. Communication has been good and regular visits allowed. Upon leaving, they helped to pack up and encourage my grandma whilst she felt nervous.

My mum has been there for a few months now and at first, she kept asking when am I going home, but now my mum says Amberley House is her home. She's happy, content, and feels safe. She gets 3 good nutritious meals a day. Carers are all lovely and caring and look after residents with care and love. The
manager is helpful, polite, and caring to both residents and family. The office staff are wonderful. Highly recommended. I wouldn't want my mum to be anywhere else, I know she's being taken care of 24/7, is fed well, and is safe. Most of all my mum's happy and settled with the help of Amberley House.

The care and support my grandmother has received from Amberley Care Home has been faultless. I have peace of mind knowing she is in good hands. I honestly cannot recommend this care home enough. My dad was transferred from Wales nearing end of life following a rapid decline, and I can honestly say that the standard of care here is truly excellent. Every single member of the team is so caring, empathetic and understanding. My dad is treated
with dignity and respect and I’m extremely grateful that he is at Amberley. All the team are just so nice and nothing is too much for them. Thanks to the manager and the team for making such an unbearable time a little more bearable and for everything you are doing.

Amberley Care Home are a compassionate and supportive team to both residents and family. My mother had a short stay due to passing.
