Lovely staff who go out their way to help guests and each other! They work as a team, always smiling. To add they are always at the end of the phone! Nothing is an issue for management they make everyone feel at ease.

My son moved into Ashdale House in March 2020 and I am delighted with how he has settled there. His needs are complex and he is treated with respect and compassion, as well as working with him to understand and accept boundaries. He gets on well with the care team and the manager is brilliant with
him.
This is the best placement he has been in and I hope he is there for a long time. Communication between myself and his team is good, and I feel that my contribution, as his parent, is valued. I am amazed that he has been able to successfully navigate the restrictions of Lockdown, but he has been supported brilliantly through it.
The accommodation is first class and has been renovated to the highest standard. My son feels safe and settled there and hopes to remain in the managers care for as long as is possible.
I recommend Ashdale House unreservedly; it has brought both my son and I the security and support he needs, to enable him to move forward to the next stage of his life.

With a wealth of experience in Project Management and then Directing a construction compony, specialising in health care renovation and new builds, the decision to embark upon setting up Virtue Health Services Ltd, went hand in hand with my business ethos.

From a Directional business perspective, Virtue has a robust growth strategy in which I manage and build in line with current demand. However, from a Directional Health care perspective I am an integral individual within the provision. Our values at Virtue are to remain a caring/supportive provision, whilst remaining bespoke within the market sector with not only our model, but also with our ethos and values, ultimately enhancing the lives to those individuals whom we support/care for.

"There are many reasons why I wanted to work in this type of setting, but one of the most important factors for me is that we value the importance of providing care and support for our guests, so they are able to feel a sense of belonging, a sense of purpose and to feel they are fully supported by our provision.

I am passionate about creating a community in which people grow and develop together, where they feel heard, respected and that they are understood. Our work also supports the wider community to challenge their views around acceptance, understanding and the integration of others, no matter their individual differences. I am proud I can help to create opportunities and provide options to people who previously may have felt limited and without choice.

I am a huge supporter of social justice, in order to implement this I believe we need to be open in our discussions and actions to ensure that people are accepted and respected and their voices are heard."

I start every day with a fresh outlook and the passion to want to make a difference.

Having worked in the care profession for nearly a decade my experiences have taught me the importance of delivering exceptional quality care. Everyone is entitled to care that is person-centred and tailored to their individual needs and choices. For me, it's about focussing on what is important to the individual in order to create the best possible outcomes. This not only offers reassurance to them but also to their families in knowing that their loved ones are being cared for and living happy and fulfilling life.

At Virtue Health Services we do just that. Our homes accommodate individuals who live with complex needs, offering them a stable and secure home environment. By making sure our homes are a great place to stay, we will be having a lasting positive impact on the lives of the individuals we support
