FAMILIES looking to place their loved ones in a care home can visit Northamptonshire’s newest accommodation that has been described as a “five star luxury hotel” by the developers.

Astley Hall is located in the Middlemore area of the Daventry area of Northamptonshire overlooking the Drayton Reservoir. Taking care and support facilities to a whole new level in the local area, the warm and inviting residence provides the comforts of home with 24-hour support.

Astley Hall is a new development of 83 furnished suites and facilities offering bespoke care and support in a safe and welcoming environment. The home has been designed to a luxurious high standard to meet the expectations of the citizens of Daventry and surrounding areas whilst providing the highest
possible standards of care to ensure those who come to live here or stay to receive the care, attention and lifestyle they deserve. They will be offering residential care, nursing care, dementia care, bespoke care or a short respite stay. They are now taking enquiries for admissions and look forward to serving the local community.

There is a variety of comfortable lounges and choice of three restaurants. Each resident suite has been designed to provide generous, beautifully furnished, private facilities, with en-suite Shower/Wet rooms. All have the benefit of Wi-Fi and connections for Sky TV.

Menus are created by experienced Chefs to provide nutritious meals to suit all tastes, appetites and special dietary requirements. Residents can also invite family and guests to dine with them. A wide range of daily activities will be on offer with opportunities for social interaction with like-minded people.

Friendly, caring staff, made to feel very comfortable. We feel our dad is in good hands. Always a pleasure to visit this well-presented care home as it is kept very clean and tidy allowing residents to walk around freely or supervised which is very lovely to see.

My father-in-law has early dementia and is extremely frail, and wobbly, but doesn't sit still for long. Astley Hall were absolutely brilliant, with the respite room looking like a hotel room, during confused moments, he was on holiday! He was happy and said himself how kind all the staff were, he enjoyed
the food and having a menu, and the fact we could arrange to visit and take him out was ideal. He really benefitted from the break and I would highly recommend Astley Hall for anybody looking for real genuine care for the older relatives. If he gets to the stage of needing a permanent home, Astley Hall will be at the top of our list.

Mum's move to Astley Hall was the best thing we have ever done for her, the care she now receives is fantastic and in only 4 weeks of being there mum has settled in so well. Her mental health is a lot better and her mobility has improved and it's all down to the great staff members they have there.
They attend to her every need and make us all very welcome when we visit. We cannot thank Astley Hall enough for all they are doing.

Dad has been here for a few months now and though COVID restrictions have affected everyone in the care sector, I have been able to visit Dad as an essential carer throughout. I have been able to approach staff and management and have had all my questions/concerns answered more than adequately. Dad
is settled into his new home and is encouraged to join in with activities with other residents. Although his dementia is getting worse, his demeanour is a lot happier and his surroundings are bright, exceptionally clean, and cheerful. The carers I have observed work very hard and are in tune with Dad's needs.

Extremely friendly staff that go above and beyond what is required. My Father treats them as family and friends. I have peace of mind that he is in a good caring home and should there be a problem I know the staff will rally around to make things better.

Father has certainly had a roller coaster of a year and certainly keeps both family and staff at Astley on their toes! The kindness, warmth, and professionalism of the carers have helped my father as a resident feel both settled and valued, this reassures the family that they have collectively chosen
the right environment for his needs to be met. Our lives have been turned on their heads this year and Astley have certainly helped us find our way in unchartered waters. Thank you all.

My mother was very dubious about going into a home but the smile on her face every time we visit is testament to how lovely the staff are with her. She loves the company that she has gained and the activities that are put on each day. The home is well laid out with super facilities and the staff have
been really helpful and compassionate.

Stunning care home, very helpful staff. A very welcoming atmosphere. Staff can't do enough to help when I visit. The bistro and drinks selection is fantastic. As you enter the home it has a beautiful entrance. The residents seem so relaxed and happy where they are staying.

We were impressed right from our first visit. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The building was bright and the grounds well laid out. From the beginning, my husband was made to feel welcome, and he soon settled in. He was treated with respect and kindness, and the staff soon made him feel like
one of the group. They were made aware of his needs and previous activities and so able to help him to settle in quickly. He has nothing but praise for the food and staff, and we have no worry that he is amongst friendly and competent people.

Very friendly care home to residents and visitors. You notice the care given by all the staff to the residents the moment you step inside. Staff very friendly when you visit and helpful when asking questions. Activities put on for residents are definitely appreciated by the residents.

My Nana was absolutely against 'going to a place like that' in her own words! She has nothing but praise for the staff and fellow residents. Gone are the days of sitting in a circle staring at each other waiting for doomsday. Astley Hall lay on activities to keep residents occupied in a purposeful way.

My grandfather got moved to Astley Hall as his previous care home shut. This was a difficult time as we had to rely on the staff to settle my grandfather due to the pandemic and my grandfather was unwell at the time. The staff and the manager settled my grandfather in well, they ensured the family was
regularly contacted and supported due to his time of illness. I truly believe their care and commitment to his health got him through it and he is now back to my old grandfather. I can now regularly visit him and the staff are warm and welcoming when I arrived and grandad is always well presented and has his needs met.

My mother has moved into care recently and I find the staff very friendly, caring, and professional. I would recommend this care home to anyone who is thinking of considering a placement for an elderly relative. The building is beautifully fitted out and the rooms are five-star quality.
