I am sorry that you feel the staff at Beaumont Manor did not live up to their normal high standards that previous people have written about. It is a hard time for care homes relationships during the quarantine time of new residents coming back from hospital and their families who have not got to know us well and formed a bond. We need to learn from your experience as you have missed out on the services we normally provide like dining and entertainment.
I can assure you your relative was not on his own and I am glad his family got to see him during the pandemic. We are devasted you feel this way and I am available to discuss any issues with you to learn from in the future.
