Friendly caring compassionate staff. Mum appears content always clean in her appearance. Home spotlessly clean, office staff and the manager is wonderful.

My sister receives the best possible care in this care home. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help all they can. Allhomes should be exactly like this.

Excellent, both staff and carers 100%! Beautiful inside, all mod cons, lots of activities, very helpful with any queries, my mother has totally transformed coming here she loves it! Food fab, cater to mums 'faddy' eating. Glad I held out for this care home for my mother.

When the time came that my Mum needed to move into a residential setting it was a very hard decision for myself, my Dad and my sisters. We actually dreaded how Mum would react but thanks to all the help and support we have had from all the staff at Birch Park, the transition was made easier for all
of us. Mum has a beautiful room with ensuite and she is happy, making new friends. It is a lovely home and we couldn't wish for anywhere better. Thanks to everyone at Birch Park.

The layout is good to facilitate and negotiate.
The rooms are a decent size for wheelchair access.
All lounges are a decent size with good natural light.
