Welcome to Bramhall Manor, a stylish and luxurious home located in the friendly village of Bramhall. Bramhall Manor is a purpose-built 71 bed ‘new generation’ care facility that has been expertly designed to meet all current CQC requirements and provides the highest standards of safety, comfort and care. The care home offers residential, nursing and respite care.

Residents are at the heart of everything they do, the caring team deliver person-centred care to each resident enabling them to maintain the highest level of independence and achieve their full potential whatever that may be. Personal care and support are enhanced further with additional services including freshly cooked meals prepared by their own chefs along with purposeful and meaningful wellbeing activities that reflect the interests and abilities of their residents.

Internally, the attention to detail is impressive. The high specification and décor of Bramhall Manor have been carefully considered by an interior designer, creating stylish yet comfortable and practical spaces for residents to enjoy. Arranged over three floors, the facilities at Bramhall Manor are exceptional, with each floor enjoying its own communal lounges and restaurants. All bedrooms boast en suite wet rooms, and there is also a spa assisted bathroom, hairdresser & nail bar. My mother was placed in Bramhall Manor following a flood at her house; It was supposed to be a temporary placement but it is so lovely and Mum is so wonderfully cared for that we were happy to make it permanent. The staff are so kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble for them, the meals are excellent
and the home itself is spotless. We visit often but when we go home it is in the knowledge that she is safe and cared for by good people.

The reception team are the first people you meet as you enter. They are excellent and cannot do enough to welcome you and assist. The care team and nursing team are lovely and gentle with Mum throughout the time of visiting. Mum is very happy at Bramhall Manor. She is safe, well looked after and still
sings each day. That for me is a good sign she is happy.

The care compassion and dignity by the staff at Bramhall Manor Care Centre is exceptional. The carers are always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. The food is of excellent quality. The decor and cleanliness is exceptional, like a 5* hotel. The nursing staff are knowledgeable and caring, the clinical
lead and home manger lead their team with care and compassion. They always have time to speak to you and take time to get to know you and your family. I could not praise this home highly enough. Thank you everyone at Bramhall you truly made a positive difference to my father's life.

Amazing team of caring people who managed dad's safety and dignity in his final years. Dad spent nearly two years as a full time resident and was very happy. It was so comforting to know he was in the company of such caring people when we weren't there and that his ever changing and complex care needs
were being met.

The management needs to look to the care staff for inspiration. To have a resident shot out of the home as quickly as they did needs to be looked into. I have sent the parent company an email with more information. Sent in a taxi but was not an option when we suggested it but they did just that when
it suited them. No lunch was given to this 88-year-old. The first option to go by 11 am to the new care home where she could have had lunch was changed to 2 pm then sent at 12.30, luckily family were on hand and the care staff at the new home were ready. The care staff are outstanding whilst the management is inadequate and should look again at the CQC's report from earlier this year. The management will no doubt have the paperwork in place to make themselves look blameless. The care staff are a credit to this home.

Your relative was a patient on the discharge to assess floor, and discharge planning, organising of transport and arrangements for the transfer are all led and arranged by the NHS staff who work from Bramhall Manor, but in no way are linked to the management and overall running of the home, as a company we provide the care and nursing management of the discharge to assess patient whilst they are in Bramhall Manor. I am sorry that the discharge planning fell short of a good service and I have raised your concerns with the NHS team who will respond to you via their own processes. I hope your relative has now settled in her new care home.

Having joined you, following a hospital stay, my father was welcomed with total respect. The staff during his stay were polite, attentive and both Dad, as a resident, and myself, as a visitor, were always met with a smile and welcome whilst the food was not to his taste, it was excellent so a heartfelt
thank you to aiding him to his recovery. Keep up the fantastic work. Well done to the whole team, especially the second floor.

The ease of admission for us to get Mum in for respite care for a fortnight was first class.
Mum enjoyed the variety of food provided and the quality even though she had to leave a little bit.
The regular cups of tea/coffee and the friendliness of the staff providing it was amazing.
The cleanliness
of the entire place was first-class.
There was a concern that the medication wasn't administered in accordance with the prescription all the time.
The overall helpfulness and positive attitude of all the staff made Mum's stay relaxing, enjoyable, and therapeutic.

After trying to care for my aunt in her warden-controlled flat, she was admitted to hospital. She was nearing the end of her life and was discharged to Bramhall Manor. She was very well taken care of, and it was a sense of great relief that we could see she was comfortable and peaceful and she died
as expected, after 3 and a half weeks as a nursing resident. The team was kind, compassionate, and supportive. Thank you.

The property was easy to find and the parking arrangement was excellent. The ladies at the front desk were very good at ensuring we would be able to attend and see. The room for my mother-in-law was convenient with a member of staff ensuring the room was clean. Breakfast was available and your resident
was pleased to enjoy what was available.
All in all, it is an impressive property.

Hello... Bramhall Manor is a lovely place with some superb facilities and some lovely carers... The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful... The food is good and the Head of Hospitality iswise and of good character... However, may I be so bold as to suggest that an increase in the hourly rate
of pay for the wonderful, but often over-stretched hands-on carers, would be a wise and well overdue consideration... This would certainly help many of the care homes overcome the on-going staff shortages, which are so often heard about... You have to wonder what body of people it was who first decided that their hourly rate, should be set so close to the minimum living wage level... clearly, these people did not include any real-life hands-on carers!... All the best to you all... Cheers

The staff at Bramhall Manor Care Centre deserve the highest praise. Each team member, from the nurses to the caregivers, culinary team and administrative staff, displays a genuine passion for their work, treating every resident with the utmost respect, dignity, and empathy.
The facilities at Bramhall
Manor are exceptional. The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated and the gardens are lovely.
Cleanliness and hygiene is excellent, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for residents visitors. Bramhall Manor maintains excellent communication with families. Loved ones are kept informed and involved in the care of their family members.

Rowena Bolton

Job Title: Home Manager

I qualified in 1995 in Leicester as one of the first Project 2000 diploma nurses. I then worked in Reading and Cheltenham for the NHS before moving to care homes in 2007 and moved to Cheadle Hulme in 2009. I have worked in a Clinical Lead role since 2017.


My background and passion is stroke care, end-of-life care and looking after people living with dementia. I love to mentor and coach people on how to give good care to people living with dementia, putting the person first and dementia second. New Care has the values that I hold dear as a nurse which is putting the resident at the centre of everything we do and building a new team at Bramhall Manor means we can move forward with that philosophy as a team.
