Thank you for your review. Whilst I am pleased to hear that you have found the care your father-in- law receives at Bramshott Grange to be excellent, I was sorry to learn of your disappointment when trying to call us. Your father-in-law’s birthday was on New Year’s Day, this Year proved to be exceptionally busy with many requests from relatives wishing to visit their loved ones that day. The reception team had increased pressure trying to facilitate these visits, but I do understand how frustrating this must have been. I am sorry you had to phone on more than one occasion this Sunday, but believe you managed to speak with the receptionist that same day to arrange visiting your father-in-law later that afternoon.
I would be happy to speak with you regarding any remaining concerns you might have.

The location and facilities at the home are exemplary. Our experience during this difficult and challenging period was made a lot easier due to the exceptional care, empathy and professionalism we received from the entire staff. This is the standard of care we should come to expect when selecting a care home. We as a family would have no hesitation in recommending Bramshott Grange to anyone who asks.
Our mother recently moved to a nursing home closer to family and friends and is settling in nicely.
