Byng House Care Home offers residential and nursing care for a variety of different needs including dementia, mental health conditions, old age, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. The home is open to adults of all ages.

Conveniently located on the Southport promenade, Byng House offers easy access for relatives or loved ones visiting by car or public transport. The home's central location also offers lots of opportunities for residents to get out and enjoy the sea air.

Inside the home, rooms are spacious and light, making the most of the lovely views. Residents can socialise in the large dining and living areas, or relax from the comfort of their own rooms, each with en suite facilities. There is also an outside area where residents can enjoy the fresh air if they would rather not venture outside or their health prevents them from doing so.

The home is run by a team of experienced care professionals who are committed to ensuring each residents' stay is as comfortable as possible, giving loved ones the reassurance that they are safe and living each day as happily as possible. Care plans are always designed in collaboration with relevant health professionals and centred around the resident's unique needs and requirements.

I'm truly indebted to the manager and her team, who provided excellent care for my grandmother during her last years of life. They were proactive, thoughtful and caring throughout. I felt her dignity and autonomy were really respected, and I had great peace of mind that she was always well looked after.
I really can't thank all the staff enough for their diligence.

From the minute I entered Byng House, I was treated with great care by all staff. The staff always made sure that all my needs were met, and I always felt very safe in Byng House.
The medical staff were very good, along with the care staff, cleaners, security and office staff could not be faulted
by me.
The matron, in my mind, runs a great house and was always available to see if one had a problem or query.

First class in every aspect from all departments. Person-centered care is delivered at every level. Thank you all for taking such good care of my sister during her respite stay. Highly Recommended, and such a lovely location.
