Positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the heart of an already established community, Caldwell Grange enjoys the best of all worlds: located in a pleasant, semi-rural part of Nuneaton this residence is placed within easy driving distance of Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, as well as the rest of the Midlands.

Beautifully decorated, with a bright and airy feel, Caldwell Grange has been designed to offer a completely access friendly environment for residents of all mobility levels, including wheelchair users - allowing individuals the freedom to enjoy the whole building in comfort and safety.

I can not praise enough the care all the staff have given to my mum. She was very reluctant to go into a home, but last November it became necessary due to her not being able to live alone. She settled extremely well and is very happy. When able, she joins in with the numerous activities that are provided.
She always comments on how she enjoys the meals provided, has all her needs catered for, hairdresser, chiropodist and much more.
For me living abroad, being able to FaceTime Mum has been a lifeline during this pandemic, whenever I call the home, the staff are always professional and polite and I can say without a doubt, nothing is too much trouble.
Mum has had a recent stay in hospital, but as a family, we are happy that she is now back in Caldwell Grange, as we all appreciate the excellent care she receives.

I didn’t want to put my mam into a home, the hospital insisted on a short term stay and a health assessment. I quickly realised that this was the best place for her as she looks so much better since coming in here. All of the Staff are lovely with her. They are very professional, attentive and caring.
I would highly recommend.

The team at Caldwell Grange have gone so far above and beyond during the pandemic, it’s incredible. The care that they have shown to their residents, and just as importantly, their families has been second to none. Despite how busy the staff must be, I was warmly welcomed when I visited at Easter, was
supplied with all the PPE required and was able to spend as long as I liked with my mum. The staff still had time for a chat and to furnish me with anecdotes as I hadn’t seen Mum for a long time. They know her so well and take the time and trouble to see past her dementia to the person she used to be and I’m tremendously grateful for that. I would recommend Caldwell Grange to anyone looking for care for themselves or a relative.

When mum was discharged from hospital in January 2017 she was too frail to return home and so we needed to find a residential home for her.
One of the social workers advised me to remember to look beyond the Chandeliers.
Well, Caldwell Grange doesn't have chandeliers but it was and still is a really
well kept home with all the facilities that you would want.
Mum spent over 4 years being really well looked after and she was able to relax and enjoy herself in her own way. She never joined any of the activities but only because she didn't want to. She was happy to sit quietly in the corner with a book.
One of the best thing at Caldwell is the layout making it into 4 small homes within 1 large home.
I would visit mum with fresh cream cakes, sit in the tea room with a pot of tea and chat about family and friends.
PS
The staff are pretty special too, and I mean that in the nicest possible way.

This home has thrown every misconception I had about care homes out of the window. Mum has been there now for two months and has never looked so happy and well. The manager is fantastic and extremely supportive and always available. The staff are so kind and caring and genuinely care about the residents.
The home is spotlessly clean and very homely. I am always made to feel very welcome and if I have ever raised anything it is dealt with promptly. The home certainly lives up to its reputation in the community.

This home is absolutely incredible. The home is beautiful inside and the rooms are fully equipped. The home is extremely clean and well maintained. There are activities available to the residents on a daily basis. The food is well balanced and a nice range of choices. The staff are absolutely incredible.

It was a hard decision, putting my mum into a care home. We had been looking at care homes and Caldwell Grange was mentioned to us from the social work team. We contacted the home and we were very pleased that Caldwell Grange had a vacancy and could take my mum. My mum was not a well woman and due to
the Covid pandemic it was difficult to get to see Mum but the manager and her team were very good. They made sure it was always possible for us as a family be able to have regular contact with my mum. Sadly we lost our mum on New Year's Day, the staff were amazing, very dignified and treated my mum with respect. The management arrived to pay their respects and we knew we made the right decision in placing our mum at Caldwell Grange. Mum was well cared for and the staff are so friendly, I would definitely recommend Caldwell Grange to anyone that I know who is looking for a care home.

My Mum moved into the home back in February before the lockdown which made us highly anxious as no sooner had she moved in we then could not visit her. I can honestly say our worry was short-lived as the home's communication with us as a family and making sure my Mum stayed connected with us has been
fantastic. I could not have asked for anywhere better for My Mum to live and be taken care of. I video my Mum three times a week and she always looks so well cared for and is happy. Mum has always liked her hair and makeup done and the staff have continued to make sure this is done. My Mum has said all of the staff are very kind to her and take good care of her and nothing is too much trouble.

I enjoy living at Caldwell and the staff went above and beyond to help me celebrate my birthday during the lockdown period. They made what would have been a very quiet day I felt very special. My dad is a resident of Caldwell Grange and he is very well looked after. The staff are all extremely helpful and welcoming, the home is very clean and all the residents are very well looked after. The ratio of staff members to residents is more than adequate. Dad can be quite a handful at times, sadly
that is the nature of his illness, staff are very quick to pick up on dads behaviour patterns. Since the home went into lockdown in March, I have been unable to see dad, which is very upsetting for me but also for my dad. However, I have to say that one particular carer has been absolutely amazing, she has kept me informed at all times regarding dad, she video calls me at least three times a week so I can talk to dad, and he can see me, she has gone over and beyond her role as a carer, she is the closest dad has to family in the home. I honestly couldn’t wish for a nicer person to be by his side, she has a great relationship with dad, he adores her, I know dad is in very safe hands.

This is a beautiful home with exceptionally good care. Our loved one is very well cared for and the home makes sure we are kept in touch with our loved one during the current pandemic. The home is beautiful inside and residents are cared for with love and attention. The staff team make you feel very
