Set in ¾ of an acre of beautiful landscaped gardens Carseld Residential Home, was formerly a farmhouse built in the early 1800s.

It is located on the outskirts of Broughton, North Lincolnshire close to the market town of Brigg, within easy reach of Scunthorpe and the motorway network.

The home has been recently refurbished and modernised to provide 18 single and 2 double bedrooms (some with en-suite), wet rooms, disabled toilets, 2 well-appointed lounges, an orangery and dining room - giving residents ample room to relax, take part in activities or watch TV.

All of the bedrooms have either an open countryside or a garden view -
ideal for those who like wide open spaces.

As part of the refurbishment and modernisation programme, a rehabilitation room has been created. This room is self-contained with a fully equipped wet room and kitchen area, enabling residents to keep their independence following an illness or hospital stay.

This care home is so friendly, caring and welcoming to family and residents alike. Food of very high standards and nothing ever too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone. It is what is says, care home!

My father is very settled and it's like home from home it really puts our mind at rest. They are all so lovely and caring and we cannot fault anything.

My father in law needed urgent respite care, after viewing a few homes in the local area Carseld was the last one we visited. From the first visit, we were made very welcome and the manager took lots of time with us answering questions. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff are friendly and welcoming
giving us a great peace of mind. The food is delicious and all fresh home cooked meals and they are given extra if wanted. The home is spotless! The care is outstanding. It is so reassuring that he is very safe, well looked after and very happy, Its lovely to see them all laughing and smiling, even better when they have a sing-song - Beautiful!

My mum and dad have been at the home since March 2017. My dad passed away on the 10th November, he received the best of care, the staff were kind, dedicated, patient and respectful and nothing was too much trouble to make dad comfortable, they went over and beyond for my lovely dad.
Mum is getting
wonderful care and consideration after losing dad.
We love Carseld, visitors are always made to feel welcome and inclusive. It's a happy friendly atmosphere and homely. The staff are brilliant.
There's a sunny conservatory to look out onto well-kept gardens.
I can't recommend Carseld highly enough.

I am extremely happy with the care and support in which both of my parents receive while they are in the care of Carseld. The manager has always got time to talk to myself and give me advice where required and always takes time out to sit with my parents during their respite. The care staff have always
got time to assist my parents with daily tasks and they both enjoy the time which they spend there.
The home is beautifully presented and is always clean and tidy. My parents enjoy all of the meals that they have while they are there and are offered a cup of tea regularly throughout the day and also on request from my parents. I can not thank the staff and manager for the care they give my parents enough, I feel at ease knowing they are so well looked after.

My uncle stayed at Carseld for 10 days in respite care. We have had several occasions where we have needed respite in the area so we have experienced a few homes, this was the best by far, so much so that if/when a time comes in the future for my uncle to require permanent residency this is the home
we would choose.
He was very comfortable there, he only had good things to say about his stay, the staff were on the ball all the time and couldn't do enough for him, the surroundings where very pleasant and the place has a cosy and homely feel. Most importantly the food was excellent, really good quality, home cooked tasty food.

It is the best time I have been in a home. I was a bit wary at first. I have been treated with respect and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are kindness itself. The home is comfortable and very friendly.
