Visitors are welcome at Castle Brook at any time. Regular visitors are entered onto the biometric entry system for seamless access and exit. WCS Care also has a relatives' gateway so relatives can login to care notes remotely from anywhere and keep in touch (where relevant consents in place).
Castle Brook has a short stay/drop-off car park at the front of the home. There is a large car park at the rear of the home.

We're sorry to hear that you feel you did not have a good experience at Castle Brook. Having supported a very swift admission for your mother during a period of sudden change for her, it became apparent as we got to know her that her needs were higher than we can provide for as a residential and dementia care home and she needed more specialist/nursing care, which was successfully found for her within 10 days. During her stay, we supported the healthcare team to assess her needs and provided one-to-one care (something we do not provide as standard) to support her. We're pleased to hear that she has now settled well at her new home.

Joined: 2016
I'm the General Manager for Castle Brook and have been with WCS Care since 2016.
I joined Castle Brook in 2017, with my first and biggest job to date helping to move 32 residents from the old Woodside home in Warwick to Castle Brook, whilst it was redeveloped into the care village it is today.
I'm passionate about supporting carers to make Castle Brook the very best it can be and my mission is to make sure there are no barriers to what care home residents can do, just because they are living in a 'care home'.
