Castle Grange is a beautiful care home where my Dad has been very well looked after as a dementia patient for the past year. There are great staff who keep him well entertained and we are always kept informed.

When I had to make the difficult decision regarding my dad going into a care home, I could not believe we had been offered Castle Grange as an option. His personal care and the facilities are above reproach. This plus the friendliness from staff and management ie nothing is too much trouble to them,
has helped me to come to terms with the decision.

The home is very friendly, homely and welcoming - the standard of the home is extremely high that helps those that live here be able to identify with the local area.
The staff make a point of getting to know not only the residents but the family members and friends. Whilst activities are published
I have not seen any evidence of these taking place, but I am not around all the time.

I promised my mum I would always look after her. I only wanted the best for her, like we all do. I've found the best, the staff are second to none, they support me as well as my mum. Nothing is too much trouble. I feel comforted by the way they look after my mum, if she becomes upset they look after
her. Thank you for taking my mum and making her so welcome, it's been a big relief. So I would like to say a big, big thank you.

Nicola has worked in the care sector for over 33 years.


Her career started and developed through different care roles up to her current position as a Home Manager in 2000.


Nicola has now been a Home Manager for 21 years and provided a high standard of care in her current work setting. Nicola has worked for Burlington Care for three years and I have been part of Castle Grange's foundations since it opened in August 2019.
