Set in the market town of Woodbridge, Cavell Manor Care Home offers a home from home experience with 55 rooms for residents, each with en-suite facilities and a TV point. Each room has modern décor, and residents are welcome to furnish their rooms if preferred.

The home is bright and spacious, there are multiple lounges for relaxation and socialising, and multiple dining areas where residents can enjoy their meals. There is also a separate family dining room for residents to use.

Residents also benefit from a well presented outside space with areas to sit and enjoy the open air, including a roof terrace to enjoy the warmer weather during Spring and Summer. There are also extras such as a therapy room, a cinema and a hair and beauty salon. CCTV in communal areas offers residents and their families peace of mind.

The care, compassion and understanding of the nurses, receptionists and managers at Cabell Manor are outstanding. My elderly grandfather could not have found a nicer home to spend his final days before his adventure to heaven. Thank you so much for looking after him. God Bless.

It has been a difficult transition for my mother having to move from care in her own home to a care home. However, the lovely staff at Cavell Manor Care Home have done their best to help her to settle in by way of their kindness, care and experience. It has been a great relief to be able to hand over
the management of Mum's medical needs to the experienced nursing team there. The home itself is very smart with excellent facilities and a beautiful garden.

Mum arrived at the care home in poor health after suffering two strokes and a long stay in hospital. She was not communicating with us and not eating. The change in her is incredible. She eats well, laughs with us, tries to communicate her needs and looks a totally different person to her admission
photo. We cannot praise the staff enough for their care and positivity.

Staff and room are excellent, excellent for cold water in the basin/got the question to turn up the temperature. The floor into the garden corridor has a very dangerous surface (it's slippery and the surface is very uneven). Everything with wheels makes noise on the floor.
Food and drinks: breakfast
is mostly supplied by me.

I am a resident of Cavell Manor Care Home in Woodbridge and have been here for over a month and have to say that everything is delightful and I am very well looked after. The food is delicious and nutritious, the staff are lovely and it is great to have my things around me and to be able to see my dogs.

All the staff at Cavell Manor Care Home are excellent, especially the manager who is very helpful and kind. The home itself is immaculate, very clean and new with all the facilities, which a good care home should be. It is a great weight off of my brother and I, knowing that our terminally ill mother
is happy and in the best place with excellent care.

My husband has been a resident now for two months and he has settled into his new surroundings extremely well. He is a rather quiet and shy man by nature but is beginning to relate to the other residents. His care is very good and attention is paid to his likes and dislikes well. There is a friendly,
homely atmosphere.

My husband has a very challenging degenerative illness. The staff were very professional and showed great kindness, respect and patience towards him. The atmosphere throughout the home is one of calm, lovely surroundings. I would select the home without hesitation.
