My mum came into Chapter House Care Home this week on a month's trial. The staff are all lovely. Really caring. Very nice room with a door to the courtyard. Mum has settled in well and I know she's safe and happy here - means a lot.

My father moved into Chapter House Care Home in December and has settled in very well. All the staff are lovely and are so kind and patient with him. The surroundings are lovely and we have space to visit my dad and have also enjoyed some meals at the home.
There have been a few teething problems,
which we were quite surprised about considering this is not the first care home this group had opened but on the whole these have been resolved.
Having said that, my dad is happy and a lot more relaxed since he moved in.

I helped a friend research various care homes and then, decision made, assisted her with her move to the Chapter House Care Home. There was no contest really! Throughout the process, I have been very impressed with the care, assistance, time given, friendliness and professionalism of the staff and,
in particular, the manager. Nothing was too much trouble! The home's surroundings, position and welcoming interior are second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending it or, indeed, booking myself in when the time comes!

Outstanding care home in an outstanding location. Warm and caring environment where I feel happy to visit and for my mum to stay. Beautifully decorated throughout. Excellent choice of food each meal. I cannot praise the staff enough for their care of my mother.

Chapter House Care Home, for me, was a Godsend. The home is more like a hotel with lovely grounds. The meals are excellent and there's always a choice. The bistro is a quiet area which serves tea, coffee and cake. My husband, at the age of 66, has Alzheimer's/dementia and diabetes. I was looking for
a care home that specialised in his condition and waited for the right home to come along and it did. I could not ask for anything more when my husband went in as a resident. He's settled in really well and the staff are lovely with him, from the managers, receptionists, chefs, cleaners, maintenance man and, of course, the carers. All of them, I find, are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. If you are looking for a care home for a loved one, I would not hesitate to say that I would recommend Chapter House.
