Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Firstly, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for your comments about our team - they are dedicated to delivering an outstanding care experience for each and every one of our residents, and we are incredibly proud of them.
We were sad to hear that Dad developed a sore after leaving us. At Chawley Grove Dad was always assisted when using the toilet and when moving around the home, and a skin integrity check was completed the day before the end of his stay with us with no skin issues at all. We hope that this has now healed.
We loved having Dad here with us at Chawley, and following on from his break with us we are absolutely thrilled that Dad has decided to join us on a permanent basis - he is a very welcome addition to the Chawley family and we can't wait to have him back.
As always, if you have any questions, please do come and speak with me at any time - we look forward to seeing Dad soon!

We appreciate your feedback, and to answer your comments - we rarely employ agency workers as we are fortunate enough to have our own experienced team, however in those rare circumstances we take the time to ensure they understand our unique, award-winning model of care to ensure the continued smooth delivery of this.
We provide a combination of fun and therapeutic activities, and our Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coach is committed to ensuring our residents are supported to participate where they wish to.
As I am sure you can appreciate, the impact of COVID-19 continues to be considerable for all care providers, and whilst we focus on cost control, and have kept our annual increase to a minimum, we remain committed to delivering not only the highest quality care but also the very safest care.
