Overall I'm very happy here and feel at home. I like the price and how everything is included in the price with no hidden extras. I liked the Homemaker role and that's what prompted me to come and stay. The food is very nice and flexible. The decor is modern and the furniture is nice. The staff are
very nice and helpful. I feel I'm treated with dignity and respect and my view is listened to. I would recommend this home.

My husband has spent a week's respite at Chawley Grove and I cannot speak highly enough of it. The staff are all extremely friendly and competent and the concept of 'homemakers' is a revelation! The rooms, building and general surroundings are so clean and welcoming and the garden is wonderfully accessible.
I have some experience of other homes and can honestly say there is no comparison. Hopefully, he will become a permanent resident very soon.

I visited four times while my client was on respite. Each visit lasted four hours. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, had lunch which was super. We visited the beauty salon where she had her hair done. She did painting classes which she loved, very impressed with everything. Well done.

My Mother spent 2 weeks respite care following the death of my father. She was extremely well looked after and was very happy there. The food, her room and facilities were excellent and the staff were very caring.

During the past month visiting on a regular basis, the staff are friendly, caring and have the welfare of the residents as priority. The bedrooms and communal areas are very attractive and homely and are kept clean. The food provided by the chef is first class and caters for all tastes. All in all,
I have found Chawley Grove to be outstanding in all aspects and would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful care home.

My father moved into Chawley Grove a few weeks ago and I am extremely happy with his care. I thought choosing a school for the children was hard, but finding the right care home for my father was even harder. We visited Chawley Grove and immediately felt this would be the right place for him. His room
is modern and comfortable, with attention to detail. We have been able to take in some of his own furniture for his new home. He receives excellent care and attention, day and night. It is a weight off my mind, knowing that he is safe 24/7. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food is always well presented and of good quality, with plenty of choice. In the short time that he has been there, he has gained 5kg in weight. Previously he didn’t have much of an appetite and I’m sure it helps that the homemakers sit down and eat with the residents, and this is encouraging him to eat. I have no hesitation in recommending Chawley Grove and have already done so.

Ana's expertise spans complex health needs, notably dementia care and care home management. Outside of work, Ana is a qualified Personal Trainer and enjoys keeping fit.
