My wife is a patient at the above care home. She is treated with dignity and care of an extremely good quality. She has 24/7 care and all carers are exceptionally good at looking after her.

My cousin has nobody in England as all his siblings live in the USA, so I go to visit him. His care in this home is second to none, I am really impressed with everyone I have met. Their care is excellent. I would recommend this home to anyone!

My mum has dementia and moved here from another care home. She was extremely underweight but in the four weeks she has been here she has gained weight. My Mother suffers from Dementia. Since taking up residence in this home she is a completely different person. She is happy, calm and confident. The staff are all incredible and treat my Mum like family. They are so supportive to her and us and nothing is ever too much trouble. They treat her with love,
respect and dignity. They keep us as her family fully updated in all aspects of Mum's care. We have a really great relationship with both staff and management. We can not thank them all enough for the outstanding care support and love they give. They have made what was a heartbreaking situation bearable and we can not thank them enough. If it was not for these amazing people I don't know how us as a family would be able to cope. To see Mum happy and cared for is a huge relief for us all. Just knowing that she is safe and well means the world to us.

I have been in a number of care homes visiting family members, and have found Clare Mount to be the best I have ever seen. The care given to my uncle is excellent, the staff are so patient with him. It can't be easy providing care to people who struggle to understand they are unwell, my uncle gets easily
confused but I have seen that they help him very much. He is very settled. The chef is lovely and carers well with a varied menu.

After viewing a few nursing homes I found Clare Mount (a new nursing home) with large bay windows letting in lots of light. My husband's bedroom is en-suite with a pine double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is a large lounge with a TV. The meals are very good, healthy and varied.
A physio comes in once a fortnight - a great help for my husband. The staff are considerate, helpful and caring. I am sure my husband will settle and be happy there. I have nothing but praise for the management and would, without hesitation, recommend Clare Mount to anyone.

Having started the career as a staff nurse Shinu has gained many years of experiences in providing care and support to older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for residents. She extends this approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to residents in a way that they gain the most benefit in a warm and welcoming home.
