Claridge Place is premium senior living accommodation in Warwick Road, Solihull. The home is conveniently located with great transport links via road and rail. Junction 5 of the M42 is 4 miles away and Touchwood shopping centre is also nearby.

Offering residents high quality care and support, Claridge Place boasts a number of spacious and private suites, some with kitchenette and lounge, as well as stylish lounges and dining spaces set over three expansive floors. Most ground floor suites have direct, wheelchair-friendly access to the gardens or courtyard via French doors ensuring residents can always benefit from the amazing outside area which is often used for hosting celebrations and summertime gatherings.

I am overwhelmed by the support and help of this place. Amazing, they cared for my nan, nothing was too much trouble for them, amazing staff.
I would definitely recommend to anyone. A beautiful place.

Having visited a number of care homes over the years, Claridge Place is by far the best I have visited. The place itself is an absolute delight providing a modern and homely feel. The staff are amazing, super friendly, kind and caring towards the residence. I left with peace of mind knowing my nan is
in safe hands surrounded by friendly staff. I would like to thank all the staff for looking after my nan and for making us feel so welcome.

10 out of 10! The staff are incredible, and I can’t praise them enough for the way they’re looking after my nan, who has recently become poorly and needs that extra bit of care. My great-nan resided at Claridge Place from another care home. Last week, I have got to say how impressed we are with the whole experience, from the assessment to how quick my nan was admitted. The care she receives is outstanding, and we now feel she’s in the right place. The care team go above and

Since the death of our uncle almost two years ago, auntie has slowly become more and more forgetful and loneliness was starting to emerge. Lockdown compounded matters significantly. Staying with different family members was not sustainable on a long term basis, auntie wanted her own space, her own life
and not feeling she was being dependent upon others. Respite is often emotive, but auntie viewed it as a holiday in a luxury 5* hotel/cruise ship. 6 weeks later she has formed some lovely friendships, has regained the weight she had lost, tells me she is treated like royalty, the food is amazing and she gets to enjoy the “occasional” gin and tonic. Two weeks ago it was her birthday, she excitedly shared with me details of the banner on her door, everyone singing happy birthday, her birthday tea and her special birthday cake. The on-site hairdresser and nail technician ensures she is always looking her best, and she enjoys the on-site cinema experience. She tells me it’s home now.

Having initially used Claridge Place for respite care, my elderly mother loved it so much she has chosen to become a permanent resident. The staff have all made her feel welcome and nothing is ever too much trouble. Everything is dealt with in a professional manner and the quality of the property, gardens
and surroundings is exceptional. There are always activities taking place and an endless supply of excellent food and drink
I can't thank everyone enough for the way they look after Mum and would highly recommend the care home to anyone who is looking for a place to offer the peace of mind that their loved one is being cared for in the best way possible.

Lovely place, lovely staff. The staff are so very kind and caring. They understand the needs of the residents and the family. We didn't know about Claridge Place and were looking at care homes we already knew about and had used before with other family members. I'm so glad we found it. It is, without
doubt, the best one in town.

Claridge Place was a wonderful find when we were looking for some respite care for our father after a hip op. He has had to have his stay extended after encountering some extra health issues along the way, but Claridge Place has definitely helped us as a family to cope with some stressful times. From
the moment you walk into Claridge Place you are made to feel welcome, all staff are friendly, caring and very supported, a wonderful team of people.

James joins Claridge Place with over 22 years of experience in care home management having held positions as Home Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, and District Manager.


James has led homes that have achieved a CQC rating of 'outstanding' as well as managing care homes through changes from Requires Improvement to Good.

Dale joins Claridge Place as Deputy Manager having worked in care for 16 years.


Dale had four and a half years of experience as a Deputy Manager before joining Claridge Place in February 2022.

Meet our wellbeing team. Terri to the left and Mandy to the right. Both Terri and Mandy have years of experience in the wellbeing role and work hard to ensure our residents' social needs are being met. From weekly bingo sessions, trips out, crafts and parties, these ladies always have a fun time planned. We offer group activities in the morning and afternoon as well as ensuring we have quality one-to-one time with our residents.


Terri: "It is a rewarding role and I really enjoy getting to know residents, I particularly enjoy being a part of the settling-in stage and helping new residents form new friendships."


Mandy: "No two days are the same and I feel our role is a privilege. I love helping the residents learn new skills and I really enjoy doing reminiscence and learning something new about them."
