Hi Jason,
Sorry to see that you were disappointed with the care that your son received. I must inform you that all employees at Clifton House all hold a NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, they all hold training in Supporting Adults with Autism, Challenging Behaviours, Learning Disability, Safeguarding and Communication. The staff were able to care for your son however the environment was not suited and it was causing an unsafe environment for your son and others that reside here at Clifton house. If you wish to talk to me in person that is not a problem, please do not hesitate to call me. Again I am sorry if you felt that your son was let down, however I strongly feel that this was not the right environment for him. I hope he has now found a suited placement for him to reside at.

Victoria has worked for the company for 12 years in Victoria's she has climbed the ladder from Bank Support worker, senior Care coordinator, Deputy Manager, and Home Manager to Area Manager.
She looks after 4 sites which all have a good report with CQC and oversees another home in Leicester.
Victoria believes in person-centred care and ensures all individuals under her care are appreciated valued and choices/wishes are adhered to.
She has completed her NVQ Levels 2, 3 & 5 In Health & Social Care.
Vicky has also completed an NVQ Level 3 in Medication.
Job Title: Deputy Manager

Sineade has worked for the company for Since 2020, Sineade has climbed the ladder from a Bank Support worker to Team Leader to Deputy Manager, she assists with looking after Clifton House and deputises the Home Manager.
Sineade believes in Treating all Individuals equally and supports LGBTQ+ in the home by getting the Service Users involved in celebrating each event.
Sineade has completed her Care certificate, NVQ Level 3 and is now working towards her Level 5 in Health & Social Care

She Helps look after Clifton House along with Deputy Manager & Home Manager.

She believes in Quality of Life, and by doing this she ensures activities are carried out and arranges days out & Holidays for all service users.
Chelsie is also a Keyworker to One of our service users.

She is a dedicated support worker & thrives in all aspects of her role.

Meet Betty Our Therapy dog! She comes to Clifton House every week to have lots of cuddles and keeps our service users company!
She has a calming affect on our service users who enjoys interacting with her and takes her out on daily walks!
