We first visited Dales House in December 2016 whilst looking for alternative respite care for our daughter. As we were welcomed into Dales, I knew instantly that this was where I wanted our daughter to come. The feeling I had as we walked around can only be described as a 'huge hug'. The staff are friendly,
approachable and genuinely interested in their families who use their home.
Since our initial visit, our daughter has spent two weekends there and I am so pleased with our decision. She has settled so well because of the professional, attentive and caring staff and their passion for provide a caring, homely and family oriented environment.

The wonderful, friendly, caring staff at Dales did their utmost to help my son settle in and continue to support him well. A lot of thought and dedication has gone into planning his timetable of activities. The carers have all taken the time and interest to get to know my son and they respond well to
his needs. Communication is excellent and we are always kept informed of events and progress. Choosing Dales was the best decision we made for our son and we are very grateful to management and staff for all their hard work and support.

Best care home, I am so pleased and fortunate to have my brother looked after by a very caring bunch of staff, they are like a family.

They do everything and more to support my brother, activities and days out are of high quality, the manager is a credit to Dales House, attentive to all the needs

my brother requires, which gives my family piece of mind.

She kept close contact with me and is on the ball at all times, a big thank you to all at Dales House.
