Thank you for looking after our friend. Everybody I met at Elmbrook bent over backward to make our friend's stay perfect. From the first day I took our friend to view Elmbrook I was impressed by the professional but friendly service. On all of my visits, every member of staff made us so welcome and
it was apparent that our friend was in a safe and caring environment. Hats off to you all.

Dad simply couldn't have better care than at Elmbrook Court. The facility is new and built to a very high standard. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and Dad has a patio with tables and chairs to enjoy the Autumn sun. The staff are outstanding, friendly, caring and considerate, and really good fun,
which is sometimes missing in care facilities. We were worried that Dad wouldn't settle after living alone for so long, but he has thrown himself into his new life - coffee morning, bell-rining, cinema club. He looks healthy and happy. Thank you.

All the staff at Elmbrook are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is always a pleasure to visit Mum, as we feel as supported by all the staff as she clearly is, and every visit is a happy experience.
Mum is looking so well and always seems very relaxed and content. The quality of care and kindness
from every member of staff is extraordinary, and I am delighted that Mum is so well looked after and so happy.

Lovely ensuite rooms and modern, bright and welcoming public rooms. Very kind and caring staff and good choice of meals, well cooked and well presented. The home also has a cinema room, hairdressers and dedicated activities room and a wide range of activities are planned for enriching the lives of the
residents.

My mother moved here the first week of opening, she was made to feel very welcome by everyone at Elmbrook Court.
Prior to her move, we were given every opportunity to visit the care home and ask any questions about her individual needs. The manager always took calls and answered our questions.
My
mother has settled quickly into the home; she tells me the food is delicious. Her room is ensuite, spacious with plenty of storage. Her care is good, and the staff are friendly and approachable.
She hasn't joined in with activities as she prefers to read in her room.
The home isn't finished yet, and she is looking forward to enjoying the new gardens.

Job Title: General Manager

Joined: 2021

I am extremely proud to be the Registered Manager for Elmbrook Court. I have worked within the health and social care industry for over 20 years now, I started as a Care Assistant and quickly knew I was on the right career path.


With 8 years of management experience, I have previously been employed as an Assisted Living Manager, Deputy Manager, Area Manager and Registered manager where I managed multiple supported living sites. I am passionate about providing the highest quality care and enjoy this most when working with other dedicated team members also motivated to improve the lives of others.


When not at work I enjoy a variety of activities, and can often be found enjoying some sort of sea or land-based adventure. Anything that keeps me feeling young at heart!

Despite having yet to gain experience with this role within a care home setting, our General Manager, Rebecca, thought I was the right person for the job as my background is in sales and customer service. Having dealt with clients nationally and internationally over the years, I am definitely a people person!
