Thank you for your review which we have investigated and would welcome an opportunity to discuss directly. As yet, we have been unable to contact you in this regard.
Our agreement, ahead of welcoming your wife to our home, was for £1450 per week, no extras have been charged and we can reassure you that she chose to join a number of activities. This included a church service along with enjoying our library facilities and conversation and dining with fellow residents.
Our care home manageress is awaiting your contact to discuss in more detail and to enable us to better understand your experience.
