The home is located in a quiet residential area whilst being close to transport links and local amenities and attractions.

Glenvale Park continues to welcome new residents for residential and residential dementia care. The dedicated care team gets to know each resident, working with them and their loved ones to create detailed care plans so that their needs are always met. Colleagues provide individual and compassionate care by getting to know each individual and building strong relationships with them and their loved ones.

Residents living with dementia receive quality dementia care, provided by colleagues who are fully trained, to ensure their approach is the best for residents living with dementia.

Glenvale Park is operated by Anchor. My father has been a resident at Glenvale Park for almost 18 months now. During that time he has been cared for very well. The staff and management have always been kind, polite and most willing to meet my father's needs. Being a newly built home, the rooms are well fitted out and to a good standard.
The bathroom is spacious which is ideal for my father who is a wheelchair user. Overall, food and drink is good quality.

The staff at Glenvale Park are fantastic. Nothing is too much effort for the residents. Visitors are always warmly welcomed. My dad has settled in well and has excellent relationships with his carers and other residents. Keep up the great work everybody!

The care home has been excellent. Since discharge from hospital, the carers helped get my cousin back on his feet. The carers are patient and willing to spend time with him.

Good rooms, excellent care staff, kept clean in all areas.
Menus not for everyone, but it must be difficult to cater for every taste.
Senior team very helpful and caring.
Mum does not use the facilities, but the opportunities to interact seem very good.

From the first initial tour, to my nan's moving-in day for her respite visit, everything has been perfect. Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff. My nan's respite stay was so successful we have now chosen for her to be a permanent resident. First-class service from all involved in running the
home.

I am always greeted with a smile from the staff and before I see my mother one of the staff will always give me an update on my mother's condition. Nothing is too much trouble when I visit and ask for anything. I always find all of the staff to be friendly and I find myself on first-name terms with
them all. They are a huge credit to the home!

Every visit is welcomed by staff. They are always friendly and helpful. We get good feedback as to the health and wellbeing of my mother-in-law. She seems very happy on each visit and has high praise for her care. Her room is clean and well kept and she enjoys the mementos she has in there. We are able
to take her out for meals on occasion.

I cannot speak highly enough of Glenvale Park. My father was cared for, before he passed away, at Glenvale for a short period of time. He was treated with dignity, respect and the care he received was to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble. We knew he was safe there. As a family we felt
we were also looked after and kept up to date every step of the way. My mother is also a resident at the moment and being very well cared for.

While my father was safe and cared for by the staff at Glenvale I do not think that the package we were sold reflects the actual care that was received.
My father was left to his own devices and according to him never encouraged to join in with activities etc. He says the food was monotonous, cold
and of poor quality. Also not enough for him and he lost half a stone in 2 weeks.
It's only a little thing but my dad loves his daily paper and whilst this was promised on the tour he never actually got one and had to beg steal or borrow one every day. There were several other issues that all added up to us being dissatisfied.

We apologise that there wasn't a personal newspaper ordered for your father, where we provide a range of newspapers and magazines for our residents. A very pleasant visit with our friend. Tea and biscuits under the pagoda in the sunshine was a real treat for residents and visitors alike. The staff really go the extra mile to keep everyone happy. Thank you.

From the initial visit to my Mum's 10-day short stay as a permanent resident, the experience of Glenvale was exceptional. The management of the care home was excellent, with attentive and caring staff in all departments, who seemed genuine and trained to a high level. Being a new build, the layout and
design of the home was delightful - comfortable, clean and bright. The honour and love placed on my Mum in her 10-day stay will stay with me for a long time. Thank you.

My mother spent 2 weeks at Glenvale Park after a spell in hospital. The whole experience was wonderful - exceptional accommodation, fantastic staff and management. we were confident she was treated with care and respect at all times. Should her need become greater and she needs permanent care, this

Job Title: Home Manager

My Name Is Carley and I am the new home manager at Glenvale Park Care Home in Wellingborough, I am delighted to have been offered the opportunity to manage such a wonderful home with such a dedicated team.
I have been working within the care industry for around 16 years and it feels like my passion for health and social care has been with me from a very young age.


Over the years I have taken on a variety of roles, eventually working my way up to home manager, a role that I have been in for the past 4 years here at Anchor.
I am extremely excited to be starting my journey at Glenvale Park, it is a home with a great reputation for outstanding care and compassion. I’m really looking forward to getting to know all of the wonderful residents and their families and working with this fabulous team.

I began my career as an office junior at the age of 15 and have worked as an administrator for nearly 30 years, have completed an NVQ full apprenticeship in business and administration.


My journey with Anchor began at Timken Grange where I held the position of business support manager, eventually transferring to head office as an accounts payable specialist.


When Glenvale Park opened in April 2022 I was delighted to be offered the position of front-of-house manager, where I have been involved with the commissioning of the new home and have enjoyed welcoming our new residents.


I have 2 children and 1 grandchild, I've been married for almost 27 years. I love eating out and going on holidays, and I love spending time with my 6 cats/kittens (2 adults + 1 mum and her 3 kittens).
