This is not the standard that we operate and I would like to take this opportunity to say I deeply regret being pulled away to a meeting and having missed you during your last visit. I tried following up with a call but I’ve had no response and at the time didn’t believe leaving a voicemail was appropriate. Welcome to Goldwell Manor!
I started my career working in the hotel industry at every level, however, for the past 25 years I have worked within the care industry. I worked in various roles starting as a Care Assistant, Kitchen Manager to eventually a Registered Manager. In doing these roles, my passion grew for all areas within the care industry as each is equally crucial to the everyday lives of our residents. Through my time working in the care industry I also went on the journey of caring for my mother when she was diagnosed with dementia, until her end of life. This has enabled me to share my knowledge and support a team in providing quality well-being for every individual.
