Vicky is qualified as a registered nurse in 2008, prior to that working as a healthcare assistant in the social sector and the NHS.
Working at the hospital Vicky trained in a variety of wards including respiratory, gastrointestinal, general surgery and post-operative recovery.
Vicky then changed direction in her career and returned to social care working in a local nursing home before commencing her role as deputy manager at Highwood and is looking forward to working with a team that promotes and delivers person-centred care to the highest standard

Chris is ex-forces (Army) having served 8 years. After serving his time in HM Forces I have had many years experience in general maintenance. In Chris's spare time he is a keen large scale model builder and enjoy walking our beautiful coastal paths that we are lucky to have. My motto is “If I cant fix it I can build it”.
