The day I visited my relative, she was distressed with her treatment of painkillers. My relative has her mental capacity and knows when she has been given painkillers. She suffered all night in pain because her prescribed painkiller were written down as prescribed but not given.

Jubilee Care Home is extremely pleasant and welcoming. The staff, right from the manager all the way to the care staff, are lovely people. They are approachable, friendly and just simply fantastic. Jubilee Care Home staff for more than I could ever have expected. The home itself is well maintained and
clean. During the difficult time of Covid and had window visits, the staff always had time to reassure us that everything was ok. Always doing different activities with the residents. Overall, an extremely pleasant and fine place. Would recommend this home. Everyone is amazing.

After briefly seeing my husband's room upon entering the home and noticing the care attitude of staff gave me hope that my husband would be happy there and receive a high standard of care and respect. My thoughts were confirmed after dozens of subsequent window visits, my only time with him because
of covid restrictions. He assured me he was in the best place as he realised he could not be at home. I was also made to feel comfortable by staff on these visits who waved or took time to have a few words which reassured me at a most stressful time in my life. They make me feel as if I belonged to their Jubilee family, for which I shall be forever grateful, especially for the love and care they showed my husband in his last months.

My mother-in-law was admitted to Jubilee Care Home in March 2020 due to her no longer being safe to live at home. Mum soon settled and although we could not visit inside the home due to Covid, the staff ensured we kept in touch with Mum, visiting at the window whenever we wanted, social distance visits
when possible, videos and photographs of Mum taking part in the wide variety of activities that are always on offer. Was so comforting to see Mum singing, dancing and generally enjoying herself. You could see that Mum totally trusted the staff by the way she looked at them. Unfortunately, Mum passed away on 30th November, the staff could not have given her more care, compassion, and love. They also ensured we as a family were supported during this time. We will never be able to thank staff enough for their care of Mum - they were not only her carers but became her extended family. I would highly recommend this home for anyone needing care.

I can't thank Jubilee enough for the care they have given my grandma. When she first moved in nearly a year ago my grandma had given up on life but since been in Jubilee I've never seen her as happy as what she is now. They do amazing activities with the residents and are always having fun so a big
thank you to you all for making my grandma happy again.

My mum went into Jubilee Care Home in March following a decline in her general health. I cannot thank the staff enough for their care. Mum took a while to settle in but once she had, they involved her in all the activities including bingo, karaoke, parties and numerous activities to keep all the residents
stimulated. Mum always appeared well dressed and clean. Unfortunately, due to Covid, we have never been allowed into the building to see Mum (the safety of the residents was obviously paramount) but we could drop by at any time to wave to Mum through the window. Unfortunately, Mum passed away on the 30th November. Over the preceding few weeks, the staff were absolutely amazing and supported Mum and all the family through this very upsetting time. I would not hesitate to recommend the home.

Our Mum has been in Jubilee for 12 months now and we couldn’t be happier with the care she is receiving. The staff were amazing before Covid, but since have gone over and above in so many ways to keep all the residents occupied and happy. They have parties for everything and celebrate every event with
singing, dancing, dressing up etc. All this whilst maintaining a first-class caring/nursing environment. We are always kept up to date and contacted if needed. Having Mum in such a fabulous home has given us massive peace of mind as a family. Cannot praise everyone enough. It is always a happy, fun atmosphere and would recommend to anyone needing this kind of care.

Although in lockdown I get regular contact with mum via facetime which is really comforting. Mum has been in Jubilee for 3 months, was previously in another care home. Mum now looks much happier always look nicely dressed and well cared for. The staff are so friendly and professional and look as though
they are enjoying their work. The home itself is immaculately clean and well furnished a credit due to owners and management staff.

An exceptional care home which takes into consideration the likes and dislikes of the residents - in order to provide that bit extra and more for each individual.
The amazing, caring qualities of the staff are reflected in the enjoyment and fun expressed by the residents whether in singing, dancing,
gardening or just smiling. This is more than a care home it is an extended family. Very welcoming to residents and families.

Overall they have been amazing with this worrying time over the last few months and fully informed with plans and procedures.

My mum has been a resident at Jubilee Care Home since March. During this time my mum had received excellent care to help her settle and to adjust to a very difficult time in her life.
Due to the pandemic, it has been difficult to talk with Mum but I have chatted with her, she assured me she was ok
and well cared for.

The care is amazing. The activities are excellent. The food and drink are first class. The cleanliness of my uncle and the home is amazing. The staff:- home manager, admin, carers, senior carers, nurses, activities coordinator, chefs, cleaners, handymen and anyone else I may have forgotten are all amazing.

My father went into Jubilee Care Home at the beginning of the year, a very hard and difficult decision for us to make as a family. We had no need to worry as my father has been treated with the utmost respect and dignity. All the staff are amazing with all the residents, and in these difficult times
with Covid-19 have made sure we have contact with Dad, either by phone/video call or letter. Amazing!

My mother recently had a two-week stay at Jubilee on respite. She came for care, comfort and company over the Christmas and New year period. Mum settled in quickly and has been very comfortable and very well cared for. Mum was unwell for a few days while she was there and the staff bent over backwards
to make her comfortable. The building is spotlessly clean and the food is of a good standard cooked fresh daily. Mum got on well with all of the staff. They made her feel welcome and safe and that she always had a choice. Mum made good use of the hairdresser and the podiatrist services which were a bonus.
Mum seemed much stronger when she left than when she went in. We couldn't have asked for more.
Mum has been for short periods of respite in other care homes. We have been happy with all of them. This one has been the best so far and mum agrees that she has been most settled there.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jubilee, meanwhile Mum is busy planning her next 'holiday'' in Jubilee.

Throughout my mum-in-law's stay she has been treated with kindess and respect. She is very happy at Jubilee Care Home. I am happy that she is cared for and safe. The food is amazing, always providing Mum with a selection to choose from. Weekly entertainment is enjoyed by Mum.

Since moving my uncle into Julilee Care Home he has settled really well and as he says he loves it here and the (girls) staff are really good. The staff here are always very friendly and approachable to myself and other family members. This is an excellent care facility.
