We appreciate how difficult it is for the residents and their loved ones during the pandemic and we will always go above and beyond in supporting everyone. Your grandfather has settled so well with us, from the very first day he walked into the home he has embraced every aspect of what the home has to offer. He seems to have grown in confidence and just radiates happiness, such a pleasure to see how engaged he is with everyone around him. He is loving life and his progress is fantastic, we are so happy that the family feel reassured during what must be a difficult time for you all. Thank you so much for spending the time to write such a lovely review of the home and support for your dad. We are so pleased dad has settled in so well with us and is enjoying life to the full. The home is well situated for the residents to enjoy the gardens and surrounding area and we cannot wait until the weather improves so we can enjoy our lovely outside space. The residents are currently busy designing extra features, such as birdhouses, water features and planting. I know dad has enjoyed this planning and designing and is very much looking forward to getting out in the gardens and putting the plans into action! Once again thank you so much for taking the time to write your review, this is really appreciated by the home and we will ensure we share with all the staff team.
