I would agree the change in the management in the care home has been a concern, however, our new manager is making a great impact in the care home and has joined us with over ten years of care home experience and starting to provide a consistent approach for residents and their loved ones. The manager will continue to organise regular resident/relative meetings to build up relationships.

I commenced my training in 2005 and studied at the university of the west of Scotland. Have worked in care homes since qualifying. Had a few years where I was working doing medical assessments for people claiming benefits. I came back into the care home sector is 2018 and I am glad I made this transition back into the care for the elderly as this is where I should be.
