Victoria Radmore is the Membership Manager at Loveday, responsible for guiding people through the journey from initial enquiry through to onboarding new Members.
Victoria has enjoyed an exciting career in the healthcare industry spanning 16 years, six of which have been in the care sector working for providers including Gracewell, Hallmark and Care UK.
For Victoria, her passion for care runs in the family. She was inspired to join the care industry by her mother who has dedicated her life to working in senior care. Victoria’s warm and empathetic nature ensures she effortlessly guides families through the process when enlisting care services, bringing ease and reassurance during what is often an emotional time. Her extensive knowledge, practical approach and calm personality make her well-equipped to find solutions to every care enquiry, even the most complex requirements.
A passionate “foodie”, Victoria loves dining at the best restaurants and can often be seen sampling the Loveday menus with Members. She looks forward to enjoying tea with you soon!

Clara joined Loveday Kensington in November 2023 and oversees all the daily activities that we offer our members including art classes, opera recitals and yoga as well as trips to local museums, galleries and concerts.
For Clara, the most important part of the job is building strong relationships with members, their families and their friends. “You form a unique bond that is truly rewarding. Whether it’s making a member their morning coffee, or being there for a loved one during a tough moment. Members can sense when you genuinely care about them and this makes the biggest difference.”
