We are sorry to see that you have felt the need to publish this account of your daughter’s experience.
We accept that historically her support was not always as it could have been and have previously communicated this to you directly in response to concerns raised with us and this led to positive changes being made.
It is pleasing to note that although she has not returned to our care, she continues to choose to maintain positive contact with some of our staff team via phone and letter.
