Melton has several lounge spaces and games rooms and a wide range of activities, also a landscaped garden and enclosed rooftop garden adjacent to the racecourse, so residents enjoy a grandstand view of the track.
Melton is ergonomically designed utilising smarts from a university who are renowned experts in the field of social care and dementia.
