Anchor staff were all kind and helpful, but some of the agency staff were not and this proved very upsetting. Nevertheless, I would not expect to find anywhere I would prefer.

Equipment is mostly poor - especially in the bathroom but the bed is "generous"

We would never like to have residents feeling lonely, so we strive to deliver activities and things to do that the customers enjoy and have a keen interest in, we have taken this feedback on board and are looking at adding activities into our calendar that are focused around supporting our resident's lives and interests.
We will be setting up different groups for customers to get involved in to help them settle into their new lives at Moore Place.

Excellent facilities and décor: spa bath, hairdressing
The staff are all friendly, helpful, endlessly patient. They are always happy to answer any questions. You can see from the reactions of the other residents how much they like them. My mum is absolutely delighted to be there, she's happy and made so many friends. All the residents are treated with respect and dignity.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the feedback on Moore Place which has been shared with the staff, we are pleased to say we have just employed a head chef who is now in our kitchen and is talking to our residents regarding their views on the food we provide to enhance the experience for everyone. Activities are now increasing in volume and quality, having a new coordinator in post has enhanced our programme which is led by residents to reflect their choices of both interesting and meaningful activities.
