We are continuously working on training our staff to better communicate and assist residents, regardless of language differences or hearing impairments. Regarding the variability in food quality, we appreciate your honest assessment. We are committed to providing consistently high-quality meals, we wish we were made aware of the food quality on the day so we could act on it almost immediately. Our activities coordinator does plan for several group activities but these do not always materialize.
